• In-Transit Orders: If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be intercepted. You must receive the package and follow the return instructions. Refusing the delivery at your door will result in severe carrier return fees and Asian import duties being forcibly deducted from your refund.
• Hardware Condition (Diminished Value): PC hardware must be returned without signs of installation. Any mounting evidence (e.g., screw marks on brackets), scratches, or missing accessories will result in a diminished value deduction from your refund, up to the full purchase price.
