Warranty

Limited Warranty

The following page outlines our Limited Warranty for products sold on our website. Each section details the warranty provided by NCASE, organized by section. These are legally binding.

Introduction

NCASE provides a non-transferable warranty to the purchaser of NCASE products purchased from our website unless otherwise indicated on our website, listing, or other related materials. NCASE warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period commencing on the date of purchase. Except where prohibited by applicable local law, this warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To validate the original purchase, warranty claims must be initiated using the email address associated with the original order. Claims from secondary buyers or mismatched emails will be denied. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary under local laws.

In general, this warranty means your NCASE product will operate according to published technical specifications and in the operating environment for which it was intended for the duration of the warranty period. Products missing parts or accessories, as well as any out-of-box physical damage, must be communicated to NCASE support on the website chatbox within 48 hours of delivery to be covered by the warranty. This warranty version applies to products purchased on or after June 17, 2026. For prior versions of the NCASE limited warranty, please contact customer service.

Remedies

NCASE’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any NCASE product that is not operating by its published technical specifications is at NCASE’s discretion: 1) to repair or replace the product at NCASE’s expense, or 2) to refund the purchase price. Please note: If the returned product shows signs of user-inflicted damage, improper installation, or wear beyond normal use, NCASE reserves the right to deny the warranty claim entirely or deduct a diminished value fee from any potential refund. This warranty obligation is conditioned upon the hardware being returned to a designated NCASE RMA facility, with the original sales receipt or proof of purchase attached. You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees. NCASE may, at its discretion, provide new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition or repair or replace the hardware returned to NCASE.

Any repaired or replacement hardware will be warrantied for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is greater, or for the period required by local statute.

Obsolete or Discontinued Products

  • For valid warranty claims made within the active warranty period: If a defective part or product is obsolete or discontinued, NCASE will attempt to replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent component. However, due to the highly customized and small-batch nature of our hardware, exact replacements may not be available. In the event that NCASE is unable to provide a compatible replacement, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue a full or partial refund based on the defective component's value or the remaining duration of the warranty. This refund shall constitute the full fulfillment of NCASE’s warranty obligations for that product.
  • For out-of-warranty requests: Please note that NCASE’s obligation to provide replacement parts, repairs, or refunds strictly ends upon the expiration of your 1-year warranty period. While we may occasionally offer spare parts for purchase for active models, we do not guarantee the long-term availability of spare parts once a product is discontinued. If a customer requests a replacement part for an out-of-warranty, discontinued product and our inventory is depleted, we cannot manufacture a replacement, provide a substitute, or issue any form of financial compensation.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:

  • Wear and tear associated with normal use
  • Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
  • Removal of any manufacturer label(s) or sticker(s)
  • Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions
  • Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship
  • Also excluded from this warranty are counterfeit products, which NCASE, at its sole discretion, determines were not manufactured by NCASE or any of its authorized manufacturing partners.
  • Subjective aesthetic preferences and minor cosmetic variations. This includes, but is not limited to, slight color variances across different manufacturing or anodization batches, as well as discrepancies between the physical product color and its representation on digital screens or promotional media. These are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • PC Modding Clause: We understand our community loves to customize. Physical modifications, drilling, or painting applied to specific components will only void the warranty for those specific modified parts. The warranty remains valid for the rest of the unmodified chassis.

Limitation of Liability

NCASE shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data (whether direct or indirect) or commercial loss for breach of any express or implied warranty on your product even if NCASE has been advised previously of the possibility of such damages. Some local laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply in your jurisdiction.

Exclusion of Implied Warranties

Except as prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this hardware product is expressly disclaimed. Some local laws do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so this limitation may not apply in your jurisdiction.

National Statutory Rights

Consumers may have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods.

No Other Warranties

No NCASE employee, dealer, or other agent is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

EU Statutory Legal Guarantee vs. Manufacturer Warranty

For consumers in the European Union, this 1-year limited manufacturer warranty operates independently of, and is in addition to, your mandatory 2-year statutory legal guarantee provided by EU consumer law. This voluntary manufacturer warranty does not limit, replace, or restrict your statutory rights in any way.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Before submitting a warranty claim, we highly recommend reviewing our active communities on Discord or Reddit for technical assistance, as a simple fix for your problem may already be documented there. To formally initiate a claim, please contact our support team directly via the website chatbox.

Returning Your Product

In the event that you need to return your NCASE products for repair or replacement, NCASE will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and return instructions. Initial return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, subject to the inspection terms detailed below. Do not return your product without prior approval from NCASE. Any product returned without a valid, unique RMA# will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. To avoid problems at the time of receipt, clearly write your RMA# on the outside of the package and include a copy of your RMA confirmation e-mail within the box.

Warranty Shipping Costs, Inspection & Customs

  • All returned products are subject to testing and visual inspection by the NCASE technical team upon arrival.
  • Manufacturer Defect: If the product is verified to have a material or manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, NCASE will cover the cost of the replacement part and be responsible for the standard return shipping costs.
  • User-Inflicted Damage / Installation Error: If our inspection reveals that the issue was caused by user error, improper installation (e.g., stripped screws, bent panels), or any other exclusion listed in this warranty, the warranty claim will be denied. In such cases, the customer will be strictly responsible for all two-way shipping costs, as well as any applicable repair or parts replacement fees.
  • Customs & Duties on Replacement Parts: While NCASE will cover the physical shipping cost of sending a warranty replacement part and declare it as a "Warranty Replacement" with no commercial value, any local customs duties, import VAT, or clearance fees levied by your local authorities remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Request a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#)

Please follow these steps to obtain an RMA number:

  • Contact support on the chat box via our website
  • Our support team will review your situation and ask you to fill out an RMA form.
  • You must provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue, along with valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, original invoice) for your RMA to be processed.

RMA Return Addresses

We have two (2) RMA receiving locations worldwide. Your RMA confirmation will specify the specific return address you must use when sending your RMA package. This will be your standard return location and should not be changed without prior approval from NCASE. Any packages received at an unauthorized location may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

Products Lost or Damaged During Transit

The original packaging material should be used to pack the product for return; if the original packaging is not available, you should use packing materials that provide the same or greater protection to the product. All packages that arrive with any external damage or appear inadequately packed will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense. NCASE is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping to our RMA receiving locations.

You should select a return shipping method that provides tracking information. NCASE is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

RMA Processing

  • NCASE will perform a visual inspection of the package before acceptance to ensure there was no visible damage during transit which could affect the product being returned.
  • All products received go through individual visual inspection to ensure the products are genuine NCASE products with all applicable labels intact and free of physical damage/abuse.
  • We also confirm the RMA#, which should be noted on the outside of the package.
  • Packages with damage or that do not have a valid, unique RMA# marked on the exterior will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
  • Counterfeit products, or products that fit the warranty exclusions listed above, will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
  • After inspection, the product will be confirmed as received, and processing will begin.

Typical Processing Times

  • 5 to 15 business days for your replacement to be processed or for a credit to be applied to your account.
  • 5 to 15 business days for your replacement to be shipped and delivered.

Effective as of June 17, 2026, this updated policy supersedes all previous versions. The following warranty periods apply:

  • All computer enclosures and components have a 1-year warranty.
  • All refurbished or factory reconditioned computer enclosures, and components have a 1-year, replacement-only warranty.
