The following page outlines the terms and conditions for NCASE's website. Before using the website, you must read, understand, and agree to these terms. Each section details the terms and conditions of this website, organized by section. These are legally binding.

Introduction

Please read this document carefully before placing an order or using our website. It outlines your rights and obligations, including limitations and exclusions that may apply.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of www.ncases.com ("Website") and to any purchases made through the Website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. NCASE LLC ("NCASE," "we," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the Website.

Order Acceptance

Orders are charged at checkout. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete and may become unavailable during the process. Once we receive your order, we typically process it within 2–3 business days. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or limit any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a prompt refund.

Order Modification

You may request changes to your order (e.g., product updates, quantity adjustments, or address corrections) within 48 hours of purchase. Many of our products are made-to-order, and once production or shipping begins, we are unable to modify your order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted. Once production or shipping has started, your order is considered final.

Please note: Shopify, our payment processor, does not refund transaction fees (usually under 5%). Therefore, refunds will be issued minus this fee. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Payment Terms, Shipping & Duties

All payments are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept payments through secure third-party processors. By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  1. The information provided is accurate;
  2. Your payment method will be honored;
  3. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees that may apply.

Due to our made-to-order model, fulfillment may take time. Unless otherwise stated, orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Policy

Packaging & Fulfillment

Orders are individually packaged and shipped separately by default. We do not combine shipments unless specifically stated.

Shipping Rates & Rural Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. For remote or rural areas, as defined by the shipping carrier, additional fees may apply and will be invoiced separately if not included at checkout.

Signature Requirements

A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the customer is responsible for coordinating with the carrier.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking numbers are provided within 2–3 business days of shipment. Some international tracking may not update in real time.

Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product or shipping cost. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Note for U.S. Customers:
Due to recent U.S. trade policy changes, orders shipped to the United States starting April 13, 2025, may incur significant customs fees, potentially exceeding the value of the item. These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and are not shown at checkout. We do not profit from or control these charges. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as needed.

Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery failures or additional charges caused by incorrect information. Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Lost, Undelivered, or Returned Packages

Please contact support if your shipment is lost. If the failure to deliver is due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties, or failure to collect the item, NCASE may withhold a partial refund or charge additional shipping fees for redelivery. If a returned shipment never arrives back to us, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.

Damaged Shipments

NCASE is not liable for products damaged during transit. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist with documentation if needed.

Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

  1. Weather events
  2. Customs delays
  3. Labor disruptions
  4. Trade restrictions
  5. Transportation issues
  6. Natural disasters
  7. Pandemics
  8. Government-imposed restrictions
  9. Other force majeure events

Changes in Products or Pricing

We may update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices may change based on market conditions, manufacturing costs, or other external factors.

Warranty

NCASE provides a limited, non-transferable warranty covering defects in material and workmanship, beginning from the date of purchase. Warranty claims must be submitted within the covered period. Items missing parts must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. However, for U.S. orders shipped from our domestic warehouse — and if the return is due to a product issue not caused by the customer — we can provide a prepaid return label upon approval.

Return Process

Contact our support team via chat before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A 15% restocking/processing fee may apply for cancellations after shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report issues promptly. Include your order number, photos, and a description to help expedite the process.

Non-returnable Items

Used, altered, custom, or sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

We inspect all RMA requests every Thursday. If your return is approved during that cycle, we aim to issue refunds or ship replacements by the following Friday, excluding holidays or inventory delays.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note: Shopify transaction fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.

EU Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

Product builds shown on the Website are for reference only. We are not responsible for build replication issues or hardware compatibility. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe assembly.

Liability & Indemnity

Except for obligations related to fulfilled orders, NCASE and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect loss or damages related to your use of the Website. You agree to indemnify us against all claims, losses, costs, and damages arising from misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by U.S. law. The Website is operated by NCASE LLC in the United States.
