Quality Guide
Our team works very hard to bring our customers the best product at the best value.
After exploring various manufacturing processes, some trade-offs were made to balance quality, performance, and cost.
-
Color - Some color variations of the parts that make up the product is normal and expected. Also, some color variation between products of the same color is normal and expected. Examples of color variation can be viewed in this album.
Lighter anodized finishes (eg. gunmetal and white) may show subtle tone variations more visibly between panels. These variations are inherent to the anodizing process and remain within QC standards to ensure a consistent overall look once assembled. They are not considered defects and not eligible for after-sales replacement.
- Surface - Minor surface blemishes are typical and expected, as long as they do not impede the product's functions. However, there is difference between exterior and interior standard
- Exterior - scratches / dents / blemishes on exterior surfaces larger than 3x2x1cm in size are covered under the warranty.
- Interior - scratches / dents / blemishes on interior surfaces larger than 3x2x1cm in size are covered under the warranty.
Note: Interior surfaces may show wear from installation or adjustments — these trade-offs help us keep pricing accessible without compromising overall quality.
Accessories
| Overview | FormD and the T1 project originated as an R&D venture in manufacturing utilizing NCASE resources. The T1 enclosure is now integrated into the NCASE portfolio. The T1 Sandwich Kit is a redesigned and refined version of the FormD T1 by NCASE. The sandwich configuration enhances graphics card compatibility while maintaining a compact enclosure volume. Unlocking the full potential of this configuration makes it ideal for tinkers and power users interested in pushing the limits. |
