📦 Update for U.S. Customers: Shipping Changes Starting April 20th
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, cross-border shipments to the U.S. are now subject to new tariffs and customs processing requirements. As a result, starting April 20, 2025, we will temporarily suspend access to expedited international shipping for U.S.-based customers. This means U.S.-based customers will no longer be able to purchase products from our overseas warehouse until further notice.
We’re actively working with our shipping partners to find a solution. In the meantime, here’s what to expect:
🔁 U.S. Orders will be more limited
While international shipping is paused, we have shipped a small batch of inventory to our U.S. warehouse, and it’s currently en route. We’re setting up fulfillment to begin as soon as it arrives.
We’re absorbing most of the added cost (mainly import tariffs and warehouse costs) for this first round to help ease the transition-which means the product price remains unchanged for now.
Currently, only two Flatpack Case kits are available:
To place an order, please select both options marked: Flatpack Case Kit (US ONLY)” and Ships 2025-05-30 (US ONLY)” (See screenshot below).
⏸️ T1 Orders Temporarily Paused
T1 orders are temporarily paused as we reevaluate inventory levels and rising logistics costs. We’ve managed to ship some T1 orders to U.S.-based customers, but some orders may still be delayed. We’ll keep affected customers updated as soon as we have more inventory and a shipping solution in place.
🧩 Accessories & Other Products
Accessories and additional models are temporarily unavailable for U.S.-based customers. We’re working to restore availability once a stable, compliant shipping channel is confirmed.
📈 Price Adjustments Expected
Our logistics partner has confirmed that rates will increase under the new tariff structure. While final figures are still pending, a price adjustment is expected. We will provide an update once it is finalized.
We understand this situation is frustrating. These added costs are not controlled or collected by NCASE - they’re a direct result of shifting U.S. trade policy, and the logistics industry is still adjusting.
Despite the disruption, our 2025 roadmap is fully on track. New case designs and accessories are in development, and your continued support makes it all possible.
