Introducing the M3 — Still SFF. With Less Sacrifice
You asked for it. We built it.
Ever since we previewed the “M2 AC168” prototype, one question kept coming up:
“When is it launching?”
“Will it support a 168mm air cooler like the Noctua NH-D15 G2?”
“Is this the next M2?”
Well — here it is. And we’re calling it the M3.
We gave it a new name because it opens up a new class of builds. With support for Micro-ATX motherboards, big air coolers like the Noctua NH-D15 G2, and even larger GPUs like the ASUS ROG ASTRAL 5090 and MSI SUPRIM 5090, the M3 offers more component compatibility — without abandoning the compact footprint that defines SFF.

What’s New in the M3
The M3 builds on the design philosophy behind the M2, but makes deliberate changes to expand compatibility where it matters — all while keeping the layout clean, efficient, and compact.
Feature | M2 | M3 |
---|---|---|
Motherboard Support | Mini-ITX + Micro-ATX | Mini-ITX + Micro-ATX |
Cooler Compatibility | Up to 145mm | Up to 168mm |
Dimensions (W × H) | 16.6cm × 25.8cm | 19.2cm × 27cm |
Volume (L) | 15.67L (w/o feet) 16.18L (with feet) |
18.97L (w/o feet) 19.57L (with feet) |
Cooling Performance | Optimized for compact builds — best with AIO or custom loops | Optimized for air cooling — supports larger tower coolers, ideal for high-performance air-cooled builds |
Optimized for Air Cooling
With more width and internal clearance, the M3 supports top-tier tower air coolers — including the Noctua NH-D15 G2 — giving you the freedom to run high-performance CPUs without relying on AIOs or custom loops.
Confirmed compatibility includes:
- Noctua NH-D15
- Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120
More Headroom. No More ITX Tax.
Better Micro-ATX support means more options:
- Space for fans above the motherboard
- Better Micro-ATX compatibility = no ITX tax
Available Styles
The M3 is available in two finishes:
- M3 Round Black starting at $175
- M3 Grater Silver starting at $243 👉 Pre-Order Grater Now
Both offer identical internals — just pick your style.
Who It’s For
The M3 is for builders who want:
- More space for air cooling and airflow
- Better support for Micro-ATX motherboards
- A cleaner, quieter, compact SFF experience
- Everything they liked about the M2 — but with fewer limitations
Still SFF. With Less Sacrifice
The M3 isn’t a replacement. It’s an evolution — built to give you more freedom, more compatibility, and more performance, all while keeping things compact, clean, and uncompromising.
