📦 Notice for U.S. Customers: Customs Fees May Apply
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, some shipments (Starting from April 13th,2025 )may now be subject to additional import duties or customs fees at the time of delivery—sometimes exceeding the value of the product. These charges are not shown at checkout and are assessed independently by U.S. Customs.
This may not affect every order, but it’s important to be aware of the possibility. If you’re unsure how this may impact your shipment, our support team is happy to assist.
We want to be clear: these are not fees we’re adding or profiting from. Customs charges are determined at the border, and our goal is to be upfront so you’re not caught off guard. If you have any questions or want help navigating it, our support team is here for you.
We’re closely monitoring the evolving situation and actively looking for ways to adapt—both operationally and logistically—so we can continue delivering a smooth customer experience.
NCASE is a U.S.-based indie development team. Like many in the PC hardware space, we work with overseas manufacturing partners to bring our designs to life. That model has served our community well—but recent trade policy changes have introduced new challenges for U.S.-bound shipments.
This doesn’t change our focus. We’re still actively working on several upcoming projects—including new case designs and accessories—and while this situation may introduce some logistical friction, it won’t significantly affect our roadmap or development priorities. Our 2025 plans remain in motion, and everything on our checklist is still moving forward.
We’re committed to refining every detail and pushing the boundaries of what small form factor design can be. Your support makes this possible, and we’re genuinely grateful to have you with us as we continue building for the future.
